- Previous experience in HRIS implementation or system migrations (Advantageous);
- Willingness to work overtime as and when required;

- Proven experience with HRIS platforms (Essential);
- Project management experience (Essential);
- Previous experience in HRIS implementation or system migrations (Advantageous);
- Willingness to work overtime as and when required;
- Knowledge of HR principles;
- Proficiency in HR analytics tools and data visualization;
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance frameworks;
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Excellent communication skills ;
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Analytical mind-set with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills;
