We require your working knowledge of sourcing and purchasing various goods including machinery, equipment, raw materials, and/or other supplies for internal consumption.

• Responsible for purchasing various goods including machinery, equipment, raw materials, and/or other supplies for internal consumption.
• Obtaining and negotiating prices, delivery, terms, and sources of supply following specified policies and procedures.
• Ensure and maintain daily outputs.
• Monitor supplier performance with regard to delivery, quality, and quantity.
• Process internal requisitions for orders.
• Expediting orders, following up with suppliers.
• Report any urgent issues regarding stock levels and supply issues.
• Maintain good communication between suppliers, customers, production, and management.
• Sourcing of current and new products, negotiating pricing.
• Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
• Communicate with intercompany divisions regarding stock requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Administer contract performance, including receipt and delivery.
• Comply with all Company processes and procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Use computer applications or other automated systems such as spreadsheets, word-processing, calendars, e-mail, and database software in performing work assignments and providing reports.

• Completed Matric and relevant Diploma.
• Must have own car and valid driver's license.

Our client, a specialist in Equipment Hire, is currently recruiting a Junior and Senior Sales Representative for their Centurion Branch. We require your working knowledge of generators and compressor equipment.

Purpose of the Job:

• Will work face to face with customers and must have excellent customer service.
• Excellent communication skills in English, to communicate with customers professionally.
• Will check the system for stock availability.
• Prepare invoice and submit to client for payment.
• Update the stock system on rentals that have been returned in-store.
• Arrange for Drivers to deliver equipment to the site as per client request.
• Must have own car and valid driver's license.
• We will require your equipment rental and equipment hire work experience with generators and compressor equipment.
• We are looking for 2 to 5 years of Counter Sales or Internal Sales experience.
• Working knowledge of generators and compressors equipment.
