About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic alliance and reseller partners. The role is highly commercial and strategic, offering significant ownership in a business line experiencing rapid international expansion. Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue high-potential alliance and reseller opportunities
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of partner prospects
Lead onboarding of new resellers from demo through contract signature
Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue through the reseller channel
Monitor partner performance and identify areas for growth and support
Act as the key commercial contact for reseller relationships
Coordinate co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
Enable and support reseller sales teams through training and resources
Manage ongoing commercial relationships and resolve issues proactively
Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in reseller organisations
Skills & Experience
Must-Have:
Proven experience in enterprise sales, partner management, or strategic alliances
Track record of driving new business and managing long-term commercial relationships
Deep understanding of co-marketing, co-selling, and sales enablement
Strong communication and negotiation skills, including executive-level engagement
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
Demonstrated ability to build new channels or partner networks

- Plans and executes the Alliances Partner Annual and/or multi-year strategic marketing plans supporting the business development agreements between the company and Alliances Partner.
- Plans, coordinates, and executes joint marketing campaigns and demand generation activities that leverage the strengths of both the company and its partners.
- Works with relevant teams to create compelling and relevant marketing content, including collateral, whitepapers, webinars, and presentations, that showcase the joint value proposition.

About The Role
You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic alliance and reseller partners. The role is highly commercial and strategic, offering significant ownership in a business line experiencing rapid international expansion. Expect executive-level exposure, collaboration with leading global organisations, and an opportunity to shape growth in a highly visible role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue high-potential alliance and reseller opportunities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of partner prospects
- Lead onboarding of new resellers from demo through contract signature
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive revenue through the reseller channel
- Monitor partner performance and identify areas for growth and support
- Act as the key commercial contact for reseller relationships
- Coordinate co-selling and co-marketing initiatives
- Enable and support reseller sales teams through training and resources
- Manage ongoing commercial relationships and resolve issues proactively
- Build trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in reseller organisations
